Connect Active Campaign

In this article

In this article, we’ll walk through how to connect your ActiveCampaign account to Fetch using your API URL and API Key. You’ll learn how to locate your ActiveCampaign API credentials, connect your account inside Fetch, select a default list, and begin syncing client information for email marketing and automations.

Integrating your ActiveCampaign account with Fetch allows you to automatically sync client information from Fetch into ActiveCampaign for email marketing, automations, newsletters, and follow-up campaigns.

Once connected, Fetch can automatically create or update contacts inside ActiveCampaign as new clients are added to your account.

FAQs

If Fetch cannot connect to ActiveCampaign due to an invalid key ensure:

  • API credentials are still active inside ActiveCampaign
  • Confirm the API URL was copied correctly
  • Confirm the API Key was copied correctly
  • Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after either value

If your lists do not appear after connecting, disconnect and reconnect the integration if needed.
