Brevo is where many businesses run their newsletters and automations. Connect it and you can send any Fetch contact to one of your Brevo lists in two clicks. Fetch keeps their name, phone and address up to date from then on.
Only an Owner or Admin sees Integrations.
Get your API key
- Log in to Brevo.
- Click your account name, then Settings.
- Open SMTP & API, then the API Keys & MCP tab.
- Click Generate API key, name it “Fetch”, and copy the key. Brevo shows it once.

Connect
- In Fetch, click your avatar, choose Settings, then Integrations.
- On the Brevo card, click Connect.
- Paste the key under API Key and click Connect.
The card shows a green check and your Brevo email. The Lists panel shows your lists. If it is empty, click the refresh icon, Resync Brevo.
Send a contact to a list
Nothing is sent on its own. You choose who goes:
- Open the contact, click ⋮ next to their name and choose Brevo.
- Choose a list under Select a List and click Send to Brevo.
The dialog then shows Contact Synced. The contact needs an email address first.
You can also send a brand new contact while reviewing their form submission: tick Send To Brevo and choose the list before you save.
What is synced
First name, last name, phone, and the address as one line. No tags, no notes, no animals. Once a contact has been sent, a later change to those fields in Fetch is sent to Brevo again on its own.
Disconnect
Open the Disconnect Brevo panel on the card and confirm. Fetch stops sending. Your contacts and lists in Brevo stay as they are. Only the Owner can disconnect.
FAQs
Check the key for a missing character or a space at the end, and that it is still active in Brevo. Generate a new one if in doubt.
Click Resync Brevo on the card. Fetch loads the first 50 lists. If a list is still missing, make sure it exists in Brevo.
No. You send each one, from their profile or while reviewing their submission.
Sending from a waiver review does not yet record the sync on the contact. Open the contact and send them from the Brevo item in their menu once, and the status updates.
