Once upon a time...

Every good story has a beginning.

Ours didn’t start with investors, a pitch deck, or an AI-generated business plan. It started in 2019 with a simple idea: build software that genuinely helps dog trainers and behavior professionals run their businesses.

It took years of planning, designing, rebuilding, testing, second-guessing, and probably more coffee than we’d like to admit before Fetch officially launched in 2023.

Today, the story is still being written. One customer conversation, one feature, and one improvement at a time.

The Fetch story

We're not trying to build the fastest-growing software in the industry. We're building the one you'll still trust years from now.

What we believe

Software should simplify your business.

Not create another job and workarounds that don’t align with your business needs.

Listen first, Identify the problem, then build.

Some of our best ideas have come directly from conversations with customers.

Quality over speed.

We’ll always choose a thoughtful, reliable solution over shipping something before it’s ready.

Long-term relationships matter.

We’re building a company that earns your trust year after year, not just during your free trial.

Questions & answers

No, and that’s intentional.

We’re a small, focused team that has spent years building software specifically for animal trainers and behavior professionals. We don’t have layers of management deciding what gets built next. We stay close to our customers, answer our own support conversations, and make product decisions based on real feedback.

You’re looking at them.

Sara brings years of experience working alongside trainers and behavior professionals. Nick has spent more than two decades designing and building software.

Between the two of us, every feature, every design decision, and every improvement is discussed before it becomes part of Fetch.

The first ideas began in 2019.

After years of planning, development, testing, and refining, Fetch officially launched in 2023. Since then, we’ve continued improving the platform every week.

We don’t think great software is something you finish. It’s something you continue building.

Constantly.

Some of our favorite features exist because a customer asked for them.

That doesn’t mean we build every request exactly as it’s submitted, but we do spend a lot of time understanding the underlying problem. Sometimes the best solution ends up looking different than the original request.

You talk to a real person, not an outsourced call center and not someone reading from a script.

When you reach out, you’re talking to people who know the product and genuinely want to help.

To become the software professionals still trust and rely on years from now.

We aim for continuing to showing, improving the product, and earning the industries trust one decision at a time.

That’s a fair question.

New software appears almost every week, and that’s exciting for the industry. But running your business on software is a long-term decision.

We’ve been working on Fetch since 2019 and publicly serving customers since 2023. Our commitment isn’t just to launching software, it’s to continuing to improve it, support it, and stand behind it for years to come.

No, they are dogs. They spend most of the day sleeping and waiting for food.
