How to Easily Add Fetch to Your Phone and Email

January 04, 2024

In today’s digital age, staying connected is more important than ever. If you’re using our app to streamline your business and enhance your productivity, we want to make sure you have quick access to our contact information. Adding our contact details to your phone and email contacts list is a simple process that ensures you’re just a tap away from any assistance you may need.

When you receive text notifications, you’ll easily be able to see you’re getting a message from Fetch, and not just a phone number.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps for adding Fetch to your contacts on both your phone and email.

Adding Fetch Contact Information to Your Phone

1. Download the Contact Files

We’ve prepared three convenient files for you to choose from:

2. Choose Your Preferred File Format

Select the file format that matches your device or email client. For instance, if you’re an Apple user, the vCard option is preferred. If you’re using an Android device, the Google CSV file might be the best option. If you’re an Outlook user, go for the Outlook CSV file.

4. Add Profile Image & Wallpaper

You can add our app icon logo as the contact profile image instead of using the generic system defaults.

We also have wallpaper options available (if your phone supports those options).

On your phone, you can scroll to the end of this article, then press and hold to save the image. Once saved, you can chose this image from your library as the contact profile image in your contacts.
